The company is diversified in the areas of mine reclamation, road construction, storm waters controls, dam construction, superfund tank removal and installations, demolition, construction of building pads, PVC & HDPE lined ponds and containment pits, piping, recirculation piping systems, and general residential/commercial earthwork.

Owners, Jim Willschau, has over 40 years and John Willschau has 14 years of experience in the field of heavy construction; and are fully trained in MSHA, HAZWOPER, OSHA, and First Aid/CPR requirements.

We take safety seriously and our safety rating is proof of that. Our safety rating of 1.22 by Pinnacle Insurance is a positive reflection on the focus and attention we place on safety.

This focus on safety makes for a better work environment for our employees and provides a safer and healthier place to work. All field employees are MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). They are also trained in First Aid and CPR. All employees benefit from a drug free environment.

Our state of the art machinery is equipped with GPS control systems. The GPS control system allows machinery operators more accurate and precise earthmoving operations.
